Stat Blocks
The stat blocks in this chapter are presented in a simplified format. Stats and associated scores are shown in a table, followed by attacks, important skills and traits.
Stat blocks do not list every skill an NPC possesses. When making a test, the GM should decide whether a character is proficient or not by applying common sense. Use the character’s full stat value if proficient, halve the value if not.
An example stat block is below.

Hartley consults with Lydia, an electrician contact of his, who the GM has previously determined uses the Citizen stat block. He asks her to investigate a wiring issue with his shuttle. Even though the Citizen stat block doesn’t explicitly list Trade (Electrician), the GM rules that Lydia is proficient, so when making the test, she uses her full Dexterity.
